GPs are reminded that they should not choose an appraiser
from their own practice or a practice where they carry out a substantive
number of sessions. GPs new to the Hertfordshire Performers List
are advised to contact Christine Poulton, Appraisal Lead at the PCT on
01707 390855.

Appraisers - please note that you will need to register as an appraiser
for the PCT on whose performers list the GP you are appraising is
registered. e.g. if you are appraising a GP who is on the West Herts
performers list then you must be registered as an appraiser in West
Herts. You can be registered as an appraiser in more than one PCT.
