By the end of the workshop, delegates will have an understanding of the 5 key elements of Emotional Intelligence as well as the key principles of Personal Resilience.
It will promote a practical understanding of how, if adopted in the workplace, these approaches could make a real positive difference.
Each delegate will leave the session having drafted a personal action plan.
