Goldilocks and the Three Partnerships, August 2023

The goal of the Goldilocks and the Three Partnerships study was to identify features of partnerships that seem to function effectively and to understand why some partnerships struggle. The data from the Beds & Herts LMC's Partnership Change Project, which compiled experiences from GPs who joined, changed, or left a partnership in the previous three years, served as the basis for the evidence included in this document.
