Job Description: The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration, management and development of the practice in delivering primary health care excellence for our patients. You will also ensure the wellbeing of our staff.

The Practice Manager is expected to lead on all aspects of general management, including human resources, financial management and planning, health and safety, patient service delivery, risk management and aspects of IT. A suitable candidate should have demonstrable experience in these areas and have worked within the NHS. Leadership and management experience is essential.

Practice Overview: Cuffley & Goffs Oak Medical Practice is a friendly 3 partner GP practice with 13,000 patients working over 2 sites in the south of Hertfordshire, just north of the M25.

As a well organised, thriving practice, supported by an excellent stable team of salaried GPs, ANP/nurses, health care assistants, clinical pharmacists, administration assistants and receptionists, we are aiming to become a training practice. We are one of three practices of the Broxbourne Alliance PCN.
