Sundon Medical Centre
Sundon Medical Centre currently has an opening for a GP to join our team of clinical and non-clinical staff. The surgery has a long established reputation for high quality patient care.

We are a training practice that aims to deliver quality General Practice, and develop new models of care for our practice population.
We are part of Hatters Health PCN, with an expanding team of additional roles including Clinical Pharmacists, PAs, Care Coordinator, Health Coach and Social Prescribers. we have established an integrated care model for our frail elderly population with the support of a Care Coordinator and Community Matron. We provide a tier 3 minor surgery service to Luton, with dermatology expertise. We provide specialist diabetes care, enhanced gynaecology services, and are high QOF achieving. As a PCN we have established a model of enhanced support to our care home patients, and have recently started ‘smart life’ lifestyle group consultations. There are opportunities to shape the design of primary care and to make workload sustainable and flexible for the future.
