BHLMC - Goldilocks & The Three Partnerships

The goal of this study was to identify features of partnerships that seem to function effectively and to understand why some partnerships struggle. The data from our Partnership Change Project which compiled experiences from GPs who joined, changed of left a partnership, served as the basis for the evidence included in this document.
